Shipping Policy
Please allow 2-4 days for order processing & an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Holiday orders may require additional days so please place your orders as soon as possible for processing. Orders of $30.00 or more qualify for free shipping, domestic only. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping. Packages that have been returned due to incorrect address will be responsible for reshipping fee (this includes orders of $30.00 or more). All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All packages can be tracked via USPS @ 1-800-275-8777. Ask about our local delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
The products @ KLAV Creams are natural and returns are not accepted as all encounters compromise the integrity of the product. If your product arrives damaged, please provide photo proof immediately within 1-2 days of arrival and we can ship a replacement to you as soon as possible.
